Ford reaches tentative contract agreement with Canada's UniforAuto News

Ford Motor Co. has reached a tentative labor agreement with Canadian union Unifor, averting a strike as some 6,700 workers were set to walk out. Unifor President Jerry Dias announced the deal at 12:24 a.m. ET, 25 minutes after the union's 11:59 p.m.
