Musk says Samsung may supply batteries to Tesla Energy; Panasonic will supply Model 3Auto News

Tesla Motors may get batteries for its energy unit from Samsung SDI Co., CEO Elon Musk said on Twitter. Musk also said Panasonic will be the exclusive supplier of batteries to the upcoming Model 3 small car.
